Body Liberation is a 12 week portal customized to support your venture of reconnecting with your body regardless of size, shape, and ability. In this intimate 1:1 program Katie helps you unlearn harmful ideologies while providing you with movement and stillness practices that you can return to for life. Modalities include strength training, yin and restorative yoga, meditation and subconscious reprogramming, dance, and breath work, with integration calls in between sessions.
